Confident Canine Sessions

Sometimes your pup just needs a bit of help getting comfortable with the grooming process! With the Confident Canine Package, we will take it slow and make it fun for your pup to be groomed.

 

In these shorter sessions, we will work to introduce the many aspects of grooming to your dog and accomplish what we can within your dogs comfort zone. Through taking the pressure off of your dog to receive a full groom, we are able to make the grooming process fun and not cause fear and stress in your dogs life. Grooming doesn't have to be traumatic for you dog!

We start by introducing a "Start Button" and "Stop Button" and then slowly build up to brushing, bathing, nail clipping or whatever part ( or all of them) of the process your dog is struggling with.

In regards to timelines, it is very important that we move at the dogs pace. Due to that I can not make any guarantees on how many sessions it may take to help get your dog comfortable with the process.

 Training Options

Coaching Package

• 4- 30 minute sessions with your dog in your home/or my salon with me coaching you through how to slowly and cooperative reintroduce grooming to you and your dog.  

• The majority of the work will be done by you using the techniques taught during our sessions

• End goal is for you to be able to do the majority of the grooming yourself at home

•  It is recommended that we meet up once a week

 BONUS: 6 months access to From Knotted to Knock Out: a self paced online grooming maintenance course so you can learn how to properly maintain your dog when they are ready.

$200 plus tax

In-Salon Package

• One month of 15 minute sessions(up to a max of 12) with your dog in my salon with me working with them to slowly and cooperative reintroduce grooming to your dog.  

• The majority of the work will be done by Amy, a certified trainer and groomer, with you doing some homework and maintenance work at home.

• This package is perfect for the owner who maybe has a busier schedule and doesn't have as much time themselves for the cooperative care training

• End goal is for your dog to be able to go to a grooming salon and groomed by a professional. 

•  It is recommended that you bring your dog 2-3x per week

BONUS: 6 months access to From Knotted to Knock Out: a self paced online grooming maintenance course so you can learn how to properly maintain your dog between grooms when they are ready.
